GIANNI RAMELLO WINERY

We are a small winery in La Morra, in the heart of the Langhe.
We passionately produce Barolo, Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba and Nebbiolo.

WHAT IS WINE FOR GIANNI RAMELLO

When I took over the family business, we were just grape growers.
One day I decided that I would take the big step from grower to winemaker.
I have studied a lot and I know the most modern technologies, but my product is the result of a centuries-old tradition. Now, together with my son Matteo, we create a wine that respects and reflects what for us is simply the most beautiful territory in the world: the Langhe.

The advantages of a small producer are endless.
For me, the first ever is to be able to see all my vineyards every day.
Their fruits are my great love and my job is to turn them into great wine.

We did a tasting with Gianni that in addition to letting us know and taste his wine, he made us visit his winery and his vineyard and showed us the stages of wine processing and production. You can see that he does it with passion. Excellent wine!!!
